Quality and Safty
"The comfort of having a sound and safe product
QualityOur production is subject to strict quality controls. Permanent internal controls as well as regular external inspections by the independent MPA Stuttgart ensure high quality standards. KVH is produced according to the standards DIN 1052 and DIN 4074 as well as DIN 64140-1, DIN 68141 and DIN EN 385. The certificate C of the MPA Stuttgart proves compliance with existing standards. |

Safety
Our responsibility towards the customer to supply a safe and lasting high-quality timber product requires us to take measures to ensure the quality throughout the entire production process. Every piece of KVH has to pass several quality control check points in the production process:
- moisture content control upon receipt of raw material
- visual grading with trained personnel
- additional moisture content control on the finger jointing line
- quality control on the finishing line
